Basic Rules and Responsibilities

A guide to life in our Recovery Homes

01

Mandatory 12-Step Meetings

All of our residents are required to attend no less than four 12-step meetings each week. To verify participation, residents must have a recovery meeting sheet signed at each meeting they attend. This sheet will be presented to the House Leader at the end of the week to prove participation.

03

Chores and Responsibilities

Residents are assigned a set of chores each week. They are to have these chores completed and signed off in a timely manner. Failure to complete the assigned chores will result in a $10 penalty per chore. If the chore was signed off by the House Leader, both parties will pay $5.

02

Weekly Rent and Expenses

A total of $160 will be due upon arrival. This covers the first week of rent ($150) and drug testing ($10). For the weeks following, residents will pay $150 for rent and an additional $5 for house supplies (toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, etc.). You are also responsible for providing your own pillows/bedding, food, hygiene products, and clothing.

04

Drug Testing

Residents will be randomly drug tested in the homes. If they refuse a drug test, it will be considered a positive screening. Residents will be given 2 hours to provide a urine sample upon notification of their tests. Individuals who fail or refuse testing are subject to immediate eviction.
